Our Pies
High Quality Award Winning Game Pies & Sausage Rolls Handmade in small batches at our home in Halesworth, Suffolk.
We only use our own venison, shot on local estates & farms as part of Deer Management Plans. The Deer Management is carried out by Steve, who culls, inspects and butchers the meat himself allowing us to guarantee full provenance.
All venison used in our products is species specific i.e. Muntjac, Roe, Fallow etc.
Additional quality ingredients and fillings for our non-game pies are specially sourced from local producers.
No artificial additives or preservatives are used in our products.
Our range is changing all the time depending on the season.
In April 2015 our Homemade Venison Pie was judged as Class Champion in the Speciality Meat Category of The British Pie Awards which attracted over 800 entrants from across Britain.
