Our Story
Handmade in small batches at our home in Suffolk. We only use wild venison, shot by us on local estates & farms as part of Deer Management Plans. The Deer Management is carried out by Steve.
We visit and sell our products at Farmers Markets and events across Suffolk most weekends. You can also buy from local stockists.
